About
Stefan Bollier is the founder of Impact Advisors LLC, a Swiss advisory firm focused on developing and implementing impact investment strategies for foundations and family offices.
Stefan leads the impact investment effort of Dreilinden gGmbH and is a member of its investment committee. He sits on the investment committee of impact investment funds in Eastern Europe, Kenya, and Mexico. He also serves as an observer on the Advisory Board of two gender lens funds.
Prior to consulting on impact investment strategies, Stefan was the CFO of a technology startup and invested institutional money in emerging markets. He spent over eight years with Barclays Investment Bank in London, Dubai and Hong Kong. He advised corporate clients on over USD36bn in M&A, strategic financings and risk management.

Fully Integrated Partner
We are a fully integrated partner of Dreilinden gGmbH. From crafting the theory of change to designing investment initiatives in emerging markets over to implementing the projects, we provide hands-on support across the organisation.
Investor Circle
We are convening an investor circle of impact investors to evaluate investment opportunities. We source the pipeline from impact- to finance- first, moderate the meetings, guide through the investment process, and monitor the portfolio.
Blended Finance Solutions
We co-designed a blended finance initiative in Mexico to address the lack of access to financing and job opportunities for marginalised communities. We developed the go to market strategy, identified local partners and lead the project on behalf of our client.
Building Ecosystems
We actively contribute to advancing the practice of impact investing. We hope to inspire others and facilitate knowledge transfer by sharing our approaches, experiences and learnings at conferences and in panels.
