The Challenge:
The client aimed to facilitate better access to job opportunities for marginalised communities in Mexico through an investment approach. 

The Solution:
Together with the client’s investment partner, Impact Advisors developed a loan product targeted at medium size businesses interested in expanding their diversity, equity and inclusion practice. The three year instrument is structured as an impact loan with a set of pre-agreed milestones. With each milestone the borrower gets a rebate on their interest rate, allowing them to cut their interest expense by 40-50%.
