The Challenge:
Dreilinden gGmbH wanted to closer align its investment strategy to its mission of supporting sexual and gender minorities in the Global South and Global East. There were no funds available with that investment lens. 

The Solution:
In close collaboration with the team at Dreilinden, Impact Advisors co-designed a theory of change, developed the go to market strategy, identified local civil society as well as investment partners, negotiated partnership agreements, and represents Dreilinden on the investment committees of the various investment programmes across Poland, Kenya,  Mexico and Romania. In addition, Impact Advisors monitors the portfolio of impact fund investments, provides quarterly reporting on the performance of the portfolio and sits on the advisory board of two gender lens funds.

The Value Add:
The solution allowed Dreilinden to in-source deep investment expertise on a needs basis without having to expand its team and complexity of the organisation.
